Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Randy M. Sonns, Certified Residential Appraiser, does with the information you give this website. It applies to laresidentialappraiser.com and was last updated on October 14, 2026.
What you send us
When you use the request form or the contact form, you may give your name, email address, phone number, the type of appraisal you need, how you would like a reply, who will rely on the report, the property address or area, the date the value must apply to, and any notes you add. You choose what to enter. Describing the property and the purpose is usually enough for a first reply.
How the information is used
Randy uses what you send to reply to your request, to confirm whether the property fits his work, and to prepare a quote or arrange a visit. He does not sell your information and does not use it for advertising.
How the forms send your information
Both forms send your entry to a form service that delivers it to Randy. Your browser also keeps an unsent request in that browser tab while you fill it in, so you can close the pop-up and come back; it is removed when you send the request or close the tab.
What the website itself collects
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and protect the site. Search visibility is measured with Google Search Console, which reports search activity to the site owner. The contact page shows a Google Maps embed, and Google may receive technical information from your browser when that map loads.
Links to other sites
This site links to outside sites such as the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers, the federal Appraisal Subcommittee, Google, Facebook, TikTok, X, Pinterest and Yelp. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Keeping and correcting your information
Randy keeps your request for as long as it is needed to answer you and to keep ordinary business records. To ask what he holds about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call (310) 429-3569 or email [email protected].
Appraisal reports
An appraisal report is a separate engagement. The details in a report, such as the property, the date, the intended users and the value, are handled under the appraisal engagement and the rules that govern appraisers, not by this website policy.
